 HOW TO KEEP A EARLY MORNING WAKE UP  AND MORNING ROUTINE MORE PRODUCTIVE!!

          Why you wake up early!during morning wake up more energy,satisfaction of life,distraction free environment and you get more family time.Other things set a life goals in a own way,healthy life,peace and motivate yourself.Being a morning person,I don't  mean you wake up 5 Am ready for a day it will never going to work so  I will 7Am or 7.30Am!.It will be your wish.We all want to sleep as long but we have lot of dreams,happiness and so on... 


       Are you think about early morning routine?But not apply in day-to-day life!Don't worry some simple tips to follow your routine,
    
☺Going to bed early & wake up early at same time everyday,is to be a good sleeping schedule and to  wake up early including weekends.
☺Clean your bed & around your place.
☺First thought to be thank to give a good day.
☺To improve your bedtime routine,try to doing something like reading & take warm bath.
☺Few minutes take simple meditation its improve your Mental health & Physical health.
☺Start with a workout,just do some jumping in your bedroom.
☺Read news paper its improve your reading skills & concentration.
☺If you are working any enterprise in busy schedule,early wake up helps to spend time with family and friends.
☺If you have a pet talk to them or plant to talk its feel like a good stress booster.The "positive vibes are the magic of people".
              
           Get you up early work for your passion,enjoy being the nature quite peace and sunrise we get up early.Nature is the best doctor to leading a life full of happiness.After you wake up drinking big glass of water and avoid during a day snap because it's really affected your sleep cycle and very difficult to sleep at the time.

                       If you get some sunlight, first thing in morning it can be boost your mood.Try to going for a short walk.

                       Drinking more water helps to improve your physical health and freshness in the morning.
       👉Write down set a goal of the day,
                      Write a long time goal and day of the goal.It will motivate daily to achieve your goal in one way.
       👉Breath deeply,
                     Close your eyes,try to think good memory.Take a slow deep breath in your nose.Repeat this process until you start to feel yourself calm down.
       👉Be nice yourself & love yourself.
       👉Write down what makes you feel happy & what is grateful to you today.
      👉 Try to avoid to your phones & Laptop minimum of half hour going to sleep.

These are best way to lead a life in good manner,just try it few weeks it will be a daily habit of your life style.Live life without struggle!!
